Jaylon Crump is a New York City-based singer, actor, and poet. Born and Raised in Dallas, TX knew they were born to perform as soon as they could talk. In the earliest moment of their childhood they could recall music being their best friend. The Texas native started to attach to music and creativity by writing, singing, acting, dancing and doing anything they could do to create as much art as they could throughout their adolescent as teenage years.

Soon enough as a young adult their career took off as they joined the cast of “Rent”: The 25th Anniversary Farewell National Tour, the Hit Broadway Musical “Kinky Boots” aboard the Norwegian Encore and the timeless Andrew Lloyd Webber rock classic “Jesus Christ Superstar 50th Anniv. National Tour”.

Jaylon is currently starring as the messenger god Hermes in the current North American Tour of the 2019 Tony Award Winner for Best Musical, Hadestown.
